Jameka, a Maiden filly until Saturday, turned in a sound performance to win the Group 2 Sires Produce Stakes at Flemington.

She is a daughter of Myboycharlie who is ticking over nicely with quite a few winners of late, as his progeny are showing maturity.

Myboycharlie was acclaimed the best juvenile of his year when winning the prestigious Prix Morny, decided at Deauville.

After her impressive win she will be put away with the Spring her objective, The Thousand Guineas is sure to be on the list of her priorities.

More Than Ready is never far away from a winner, Mahican turned in a big run for his sire in winning at Rosehill, and Mossman can never be denied when Plucky Belle saluted in the Coolmore Classic, both winners were trained by Peter Moody and bred at the leading stud farm, Vinery.

More Than Ready got Vinery off to a great start when promising Ready For Victory won the opening race at Flemington.

Chances are that he could shape up in the Slipper as he was coming away at the right end at Flemington; Nayeli completed a double for the son of Southern Halo when she saluted at Royal Randwick.

Casino Prince was also riding high with Phrases winning the Randwick City Stakes, Sino Eagle won nicely at Flemington, Six Foot won by nine lengths at Morphettville, and at far off Edenhope Fiesty Belle was successful in the local Cup.

Myboycharlie is still chipping away doing the job, Loyalist won over 1400 metres at the Sunshine Coast, while Princess Ailani won her Maiden impressively at Newcastle.

Husson was among the winners when Night Prowler did the job at Ascot over 1600 metres.

While Big Brown was making news at Hawkesbury on Thursday, with the win of Nancy out in the West at Ascot, it was drinks all round when Neverland won the Magic Millions Challenge.

Both fillies are promising by Big Brown, he had near the perfect race record having won seven of his eight starts, including the Kentucky Derby and the Preakness Stakes.

He is firmly established in the U S siring, 53 per cent winners to runners and seven stakes winners.
